Charlie graduated from the University of Kent at Canterbury with a BA Joint Honours in Drama and Theology & Religious Studies. Her first teaching position was in rural Wiltshire before moving to the Middle East where she taught in Kuwait before taking on the role of Head of Department in St Christopher’s School, Bahrain.  A return to the UK led to Charlie’s appointment as Head of Department role at Millfield for three years and then Head of Drama in Cyprus. In addition to her current roles Charlie has also been Head of Drama at Marlborough College Malaysia. Charlie has two children Poppy and Peter who both attend MCM.
