Head of Wellbeing: Diane TrifHeads of Department (SS) / Co-curricular (SS)
Diane Trif is the Head of Well-being and Researcher in Residence at MCM. Her work is focused on helping the College design and implement its well-being strategy and measure the impact of interventions across different well-being initiatives within the school. She is working within the different areas of school to increase awareness of positive psychology principles. Before coming to Marlborough, Diane earned her Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania, studying with industry leaders such as Angela Duckworth, Karen Reivich, and Martin Seligman. She previously worked in the Learning & Engagement division at the American Council on Education in Washington D.C. Her passion is helping students and staff build resources that will help them cope with varying life challenges and grow personally and professionally. Diane also earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Miami. She enjoys rock climbing, mountaineering, travel photography, and other outdoor activities.
