Rebecca has been working as an EYFS teacher for over fifteen years and has a BEd in Early Childhood Development from Unisa, South Africa, where she is from. She is also currently working towards a degree in Psychology where she hopes to practice Play Therapy in the future. Rebecca has taught in both South Africa and abroad and has worked in schools across the Middle East and Asia, namely the Sultan Qaboos International school in Oman and Little Gems International Pre-School in Bahrain. She has also done volunteering workfor UN schools in Nepal and Jordan.  She and her husband lived and worked in Bahrain for five years before returning to South Africa in 2013 to have their two children, Adam and Jennah. While in South Africa, Rebecca worked at Fleming EYF center in Johannesburg, before moving to Malaysia in early 2022, where she joined MCM as a Reception form tutor. Rebecca loves nature, animals and art and is an enthusiastic potter!
