Charlie graduated from the University of Kent at Canterbury with a BA Joint Honours in Drama and Theology & Religious Studies. Her first teaching position was in rural Wiltshire before moving to the Middle East where she taught in Kuwait before taking on the role of Head of Department in St Christopher’s School, Bahrain. A return to the UK led to Charlie’s appointment Head of Department role at Millfield for 3 years and she has most recently been working as Head of Drama in Cyprus.
