Jacqui and her husband Paul arrived at Marlborough in January 2020. Previously Jacqui was Director of Marketing and Communications at Eastbourne College and St Andrew’s Prep School for 12 years, recruiting pupils aged nine months to 18 years. Before joining Eastbourne College, she held a variety of marketing positions including in a major bank, following a spell in London in the international wine and spirits trade.

She has been immersed in independent boarding schools for much of her working life as her husband was a housemaster of boarding and day houses and taught English.

They have three grown-up children, Sam, Alice and Emma . Jacqui has a degree in Geography from Durham University. When not at work, she enjoys travelling and the great outdoors.
