Prep House Shout 2024

During the last week of Lent Term, Seymour, Chichester, Hunt and Merlin gathered together for another House event; the House Shout. An annual event, the House Shout is a singing competition between the Prep Houses. This year every pupil in Pre-Prep and Prep came together for a morning of fun.  The Houses are judged on various elements of their performance, including unity and musicality.

Pupils in Chichester started off the event singing Shakira’s “Try Everything”. Next up was Merlin who performed Owl City’s “When Can I See You Again”. Hunt was next with their rendition of The Jungle Book’s “The Bare Necessities”.  Last but not least, Seymour took to the stage with The Lion King’s “Hakuna Matata”.

It was an incredibly hard decision for the judges, with each House bringing something different but equally valuable to the stage. Judges Mrs. Eaton-Jones and Michelle Poh finally came to the conclusion that the winners were Seymour. Congratulations to all who sang, it was an excellent series of performances.
