The Royal Visit: Commemorative Plaque Unveiling

To celebrate our official Tenth Anniversary opening, Marlborough College Malaysia welcomed Her Majesty Raja Zarith Sofiah Binti Almarhum Sultan Idris Shah, Permaisuri Johor to unveil a commemorative plaque to mark the occasion. Mirroring her opening of the site on the 24th February 2013, this event was a truly special way to mark this celebration of our College and its history.

Tenth Anniversary Friends of MCM Gala Ball

On Saturday 11th March, as part of the 10th Anniversary Gala Ball, we will see our Charity Auction of a range of fabulous items and experiences kindly donated by parents and supporters of the College.
Among the many special and desirable items is a particularly unique one: a vase made by GCSE Art pupil, Linda. Her vase is not just a beautiful object but a symbol of so much more.
Any parent who is interested may bid for one or more of the items or experiences, using an online bidding form, even if they are not planning to attend the Gala Ball. Successful bidders will be notified in the week commencing 13th March.

National Online Safety (NOS) App
“What Parents and Carers Need to Know about NGL”
Not Gonna Lie (NGL) is a ‘bolt-on’ app which is designed to work alongside ‘host’ platforms, Instagram and Twitter. The purpose of the app is to invite user’s friends and followers to ask them questions anonymously.
The smokescreen of online anonymity brings with it the absence of accountability and some of the very cruellest behaviour online.
This guide highlights a number of potential risks including oversharing, cyber-bullying and potentially costly subscription fees.
