Tenth Anniversary Spring Festival

Preparations are well underway for the Marlborough College Malaysia Spring Festival.
The whole MCM Community is invited to join us to enjoy displays of Art, Drama and Music from pupils and parents across the whole College.
Throughout the Spring Festival there will be food and soft drinks available for purchase and guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages to enjoy a picnic on Court, where they can soak up the atmosphere of the various performances.
Artefact to Art Exhibition
Monday 3rd April 2023 | 4.30pm to 5.30pm
The Prep Art and Humanities Departments have collaborated to create an exhibition of pupils’ work from Year 5 to Year 8.
During their History lessons, pupils researched an ancient artefact and brought that knowledge to their Art lessons where they planned to represent their chosen artefact in a creative and original way.
The Jazz Quintet will also perform and refreshments will be provided.

We are delighted to be hosting Christ’s College New Zealand cricket on Wednesday for T20 matches. Parents are welcome to attend to enjoy some great cricket on our beautiful MCM XI pitch.
Marlborough College Malaysia Golf Day
Sunday 14th May 2023 | 8.30am to 1.00pm | Starhill Golf Resort
We will be hosting a golf tournament open to parents, beaks and Sixth Form pupils at the Starhill Golf Resort. All levels of players are welcome. The cost of the tournament will be RM270.00 per person (inclusive of green fees & prizes).
College Spotlight: Science Week
This week has been all about Science as we delve deeper into the importance and fun of the subject. A staple in the Prep Science Department annually is our Science Week, consisting of five days when pupils from different year groups can learn more about Science in a more practical, experimental way. This year the theme for Science Week was ‘Star Wars.’

For all of the remarkable benefits the digital age has brought us, it’s also presented us with a whole new raft of pressures and anxieties.
This week’s guide highlights ways to reduce the anxiety that digital devices can bring, such as reducing push notifications from apps, avoiding social media arguments and ways to spot when a child has been upset by something online.
