The Friends of MCM Annual Ball is returning this year with a special Tenth Anniversary Gala Ball on Saturday 11th March, 7.00pm in the Wykeham Hall.
Parents, friends, and family are cordially invited to join us in celebrating the College’s Tenth Anniversary and enjoy a fun social evening with our diverse MCM Community. On this occasion, children are not allowed to attend.
The Friends of MCM Ball, an annual event established in the first years of the College, has become a firm favourite of every year’s social calendar. The Gala Ball, taking its cues from the traditional British Ball is a formal evening dress Dinner and Dance.
The evening festivities will take place in the Wykeham Hall, which will be transformed into an elegant evening venue. Where there will be a sumptuous dinner, entertainment, a Charity Auction, and dancing to our live band and DJ. Carriages will be at 1.00 am (Carriages being a name used for the end of the evening, where traditionally carriages would take you home).

1. Socialisation
The Friends of MCM 10th Anniversary Gall Ball is a great opportunity for parents to socialise and get to know other parents. A great opportunity to make new friends or possibly business partners?

Attending the Marlborough Ball shows your support for the College, to help celebrate the 10th Anniversary and helps to build a strong school community.
3. Fundraising
We will be having a charity auction to raise money for the less privileged at the Ball. Your contribution can change someone’s life for the better.
4. Boost Friends of MCM spirit
Friends of MCM consist of volunteers who work hard to create an enjoyable and supportive environment for all parents. We run many events, including monthly coffee mornings, the annual Nations Day Food Hall, The Christmas Fair and The Friends of MCM Annual Ball. All profits are funnelled back to school to enhance the experience of our children. Your participation guarantees that Friends of MCM will continue to look after students and parents in the future.
5. Fun
Finally, The Friends of MCM Annual Ball is an opportunity to dress up, have a night out, and enjoy a fun event with your friends. There will be dancing, live music, food, and other entertainment. Make memories that last a lifetime!
With the half term upon us, it’s a great time to get your tickets booked and sort out your outfits. H
The entrance ticket includes your dinner, a welcome drink, soft drinks and ice. Alcohol will be on a bring your own basis.
