Senior House Challenge 2022

On 2nd December the Senior School came together in their Houses to compete in the Senior House 10th Anniversary Challenge. This event was run by the Sixth Form and consisted of 12 events testing pupils’ physical and cerebral capabilities.

Each House came up with a physical challenge, such as ‘Spider’s Web’ or the ‘Two Blind Mice Maze’, and a mental one like Pictionary or riddle challenges. All Houses performed excellently, battling through the short spell of rain to eventual glory. Activities such as the teamwork ‘Floor is Lava’ and the stocks were particular favourites of the pupils, testing their balance, aim and strength as well as providing many laughs and much entertainment. These House events truly form a tangible House community spirit, as shown through the many cheers and House chants seen on the day.

The results filtered in with many pupils achieving new records and trying their very hardest for their House. All pupils did exceptionally well and the event winners’ House points will be added to the grand total revealed at the end of the year.
