Throughout the Summer Term, Year 7 and Year 8 pupils have been working hard during their Friday afternoon activity sessions to create a marvellous performance of Help Desk. This play is a comedy that tells the story of multiple help desks which have very unhelpful operators and sometimes occasionally bizarre customers.
After weeks of working hard, the pupils performed on Wednesday 15th and Thursday 16th June to an audience of their parents. The Theatre was abuzz with excitement as this was the first performance for parents that many of the pupils have done.
The play was hugely successful, with the audience thoroughly enjoying the hilarious helpdesk operators, in some cases the overly helpful operators and the customers with their random, and often unsolvable, problems. The performers, make-up artists, and the backstage team did a wonderful job creating the performance, and we looked forward to their next endeavours.
