On Saturday 22nd January 2022, over fifty Senior School pupils took part in an internal Netball tournament. Over the past two years, there has been limited opportunity for pupils to participate in fixtures and this tournament was an opportunity for the Netball teams to gain match experience and have some fun.
Six teams took to the courts, playing five games each, with the overall winner being announced at the end. The teams were made up of pupils from all across the Senior School, from Shell to Upper Sixth, and both the standard of play and spirits were very high.
It was wonderful to see the courts full of pupils playing competitively, and even the weather smiled on the tournament, with a massive downpour happening minutes after the final whistle was blown.
