Christmas is about giving – and that is exactly what members of the Outreach team did this week. The MCM community have been busy collecting, wrapping and filling shoeboxes full to bursting with toys, toiletries, stationery and other fun things for children in the local community.
Miss Donaldson, Miss Feakes and the Y7 and Y8 Outreach champions distributed half of the boxes to Sungai Melayu school yesterday along with food packages with the rest to be distributed next week – in time for the festive season.
“It is wonderful seeing all of MCM coming together and supporting our local community in a way which is very poignant at this time of year” said Poppy Donaldson Head of Prep Outreach.
