On Saturday we saw the inaugural Straits Cross Country event take place with SAS, ISKL and UWC Dover all competing.
Saturday’s performance by Marlborough was astounding – everyone pushed themselves to the limit in the blistering heat. There were multiple pupils representing each age group and the event showed the College’s full sporting potential and incredible sports facilities. The sense of accomplishment felt by all the schools competing was brilliant to see and to be part of on the day. Marlborough’s students dominated with plenty of age groups flying through the finish line bringing home the victory. More importantly, every single Marlborough pupil crossed the finish line which was a huge accomplishment, especially for the pupils new to cross country.
