Following the storm of Wednesday, the Pre-Prep Sports Day (Reception to Y2) was welcomed with a beautiful morning in Malaysia. A dew lay over the ground but this was brushed away with the herding Pre-Prep pupils who ran and jumped with enthusiasm and plenty of ability. An obstacle course for agility, a sprint, a throw a jumping competition and the balance and coordination of the egg and spoon tested our youngest athletes and they performed magnificently with a wonderfully positive attitude throughout. The staff and parents were full of praise for all the competitors. Both these groups need a special thank you as well, as the staff organised and encouraged with care and attention, while all the parents supported their children. Who won, who cares, the children loved it.
We look forward to next year as the plans for the obstacle course are already in motion!
