The Leavers’ Ball

For the first time in the College’s short history, the Leavers’ Ball this year was brought into the heart of the College campus. The Wykeham Hall was transformed into a wonderful ballroom and it made a most fitting venue to celebrate with the Upper Sixth pupils, their parents and beaks as they completed their school careers at Marlborough College Malaysia.

The College catering team prepared a wonderful meal and the dinner was punctuated by some excellent speeches from the Master, Ms Bridgman and Mr McVeigh. The evening was further enriched by a fabulous musical interlude during which Dayini Kamarul Baharin and Nicholas Goh played Meditation from Thais by Massenet

After the meal, all enjoyed the dancing and the evening reached its climax with a spectacular firework display. We wish the Upper Sixth well as they enjoy some relaxation after an intense exam period and look forward to hearing about their well-deserved success when the results are published in July.
