The U18 touch and rugby teams visited ISKL this weekend to compete in competitions that bring together some of the best teams from the KL region and this year even attracted the Singapore American School. The touch team competed brilliantly throughout the weekend against some of the best teams in South East Asia. They had wins against the ISKL JV team and beat Alice Smith School 9-0 in a flawless performance. However, their best performance of the weekend was against Mount Kiara who are currently ISAC champions. They lost the game 2-1, with a last minute try from Mount Kiara, but played with discipline and determination.
The U18 rugby team competed in their first 10-a-side competition of the year after winning all their sevens competitions. Over the weekend they had wins against ISKL, SAS and SMSS; all schools that specialise in 10-a-side rugby. The U18 rugby team have won four major competitions in a row and will be looking to make it five in February, when they compete in the KL Saracens 10-a-side competition.
