TED Talks

Ms Crawley organised an excellent TED talk competition, which culminated in the final last week, and we were treated to three outstanding presentations in Assembly. Thanks go to the panel of judges: the Master, Mrs Stevens and Mr Mooney.  Amrit Fernando began by giving a personal account of his passion for photography entitled ‘Beginnings’ followed by Ji Hoon Lee who presented on the topic of ‘What if Humans Could Photosynthesise?’.  Lastly Natasha Goh, Victoria Yeo and Carolina Nina Matos addressed the question, Why did the Queen of Hearts Want the Colour of Her Roses to Be Red?  The presentations were witty, articulate, and intelligent and the top two will be submitted to an external judge alongside TED Talks from MCUK next term.
